It depends on your goals. Most clients train two to four times per week, but recommendations are always tailored to your fitness level and objectives.
Where do sessions take place?
In the private training space in Marylebone, or I travel to your home, hotel or local gym across Central and West London. Prefer to train remotely? Virtual training is also available.
