You should always consult your GP or a qualified medical professional before beginning any new exercise programme — particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition or injury, are taking medication, or are pregnant. By taking part in any session, you confirm that you are voluntarily participating and that you do so at your own risk.
It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant health information honestly (see the New Client Form), to follow guidance given during sessions, and to stop exercising and seek medical attention if you feel unwell or experience pain. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Olly Banks Personal Training accepts no liability for any injury, loss or damage arising from participation in any session or from reliance on any information provided. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule any personal training session.
Sessions and packages are booked and paid for in advance, in line with the terms agreed at the time of booking. Any pre-paid package validity or expiry dates will be confirmed with you directly.
By booking, attending or taking part in any session with Olly Banks Personal Training, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to this disclaimer and these policies, and that you have completed the New Client Health Questionnaire (PAR-Q) truthfully.
