Through live video sessions, I guide you through workouts crafted from your personalised programme — with real-time feedback on technique and the encouragement needed for safe, optimal performance. For London-based clients, virtual and in-person training can be combined around your schedule and travel.

Ongoing support

Support extends well beyond scheduled sessions. I'm readily available via WhatsApp for training advice, nutrition guidance and general wellness questions — with prompt, detailed responses.
